Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

My husbands favorite thing to have for dinner is breakfast so I decided to try to make my version of hash brown casserole and topped it with eggs and bacon!
Ingredients:
1 lb bag of frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup sour cream ( i use the low fat)
1 and half cups frozen onions, thawed
salt and pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
cooking spray
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups cornflakes crushed up
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix sour cream, soup, sat and pepper. When combined mix in hash browns, cheddar and onions until combined.
Spray a 9x13 inch baker with cooking spray and pour potato mixture into baker.
Mix melted butter and cornflakes and sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

I scooped in onto a plate and topped it with crumbled bacon and over easy eggs!
